We make our own gooey caramel from scratch and we think we're pretty good at it! We stir through Maldon sea salt flakes to make a deliciously balanced salted caramel that is perfectly sandwiched between crisp buttery shortbread and decadent dark chocolate. Gold-dusted cocoa nibs give this Posh Slice a bit of bling.

We also handle milk, egg, soya, sulphites, treenuts (source manufacturer may handle peanuts) and cereals containing gluten: wheat, oats, barley, and rye in our bakery.

Cake Care: Store in a fridge or cool dry place and use before best before date on box.
